We developed this application first for our HR department to maintain to their resumes and filtering of the right candidates using the various filtering options furnished in the application.

Challenges

• The client wanted us an application which can be used to store the candidate - contact details, technology details, current job details, certification details, machine test marks, activities, converting the candidate into employee & employee training details.
• Client wants an extensive search module. Using it, based on the job requirements, the client should filter the right candidates quickly.

What We Did

ANGLER Studied this client requirement and created a filemaker product "ANGLER SmartHR" which would have the entire candidate - contact details, technology details, current job details, certification details, machine test marks, activities, converting the candidate into employee & employee training details. Also, sending mass mail, creating mail templates, import from xml, storing the question papers and extensive search module, etc.
