A leading Real Estate Agent Company based in USA, our client required a web based user friendly, colorful CMS portal.

Challenges

The System should manage all the Real Estate Transactions maintaining its documents / records. It should function in an ASP model (central hosting with subscription model). The portal has advanced functionalities with gratifying speed.

What We Did

• The application is integrated with third party FAX Server through which the documents can be stored to the application through FAX
• The application is taken care of SQL Injection and Code Injection
• Angler had to collate, restructure and categorize the extensive information available for the portal with respect to the UI designed by us
• The navigation and interface between the modules in the portal were developed based on ANGLER’s own ‘Information Architecture’
•  Basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy was executed for the portal with a provision to develop a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy in the future

• Dashboard for each user based on their privileges
•  Based on the privileges, Users will be allowed to access the modules, thus restricting malicious users to access any information through URL change
• Reminders through mail will be sent to the users for tasks using dedicated windows service
