The client is a German chemical company and the biggest one in the world. Headquartered inGermany, The Group comprises more than 160 subsidiaries and joint ventures and operates production sites in 41 countries in Europe, Asia, North America andSouth America. For Indian Textile and Chemicals division, the client wanted an application which manages all their Customer Details, Sales Details, Employee Points, Dealer Status and other details. ANGLER implemented ANGLER CRM customized based on their requirements.

Challenges

The client wanted an application that would enable them to manage and monitor the sales activities of their company effectively. Additionally, they also required their solution to be operational within the shortest possible time.

What We Did

ANGLER studied the client's product categories, sales force hierarchy, and specific sales processes in order to develop a solution. Based upon these findings and working under stringent time constraints, ANGLER customized its web-based CRM product to cater to the clients requirements.

The CRM solution had several features specifically designed to take into account the processes being followed at the client's organization. It was also designed to be easily scaleable to meet their future enhancements and needs.
