The client run an IT services company with headquarters in India and server for its various customers across multiple locations like UAE, USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Singapore & Hong Kong.

Challenges

Client required a CRM application that should bridge their internal customers and should also function as a help desk where-in the users can get their internal related issues or queries get solved.  As an enhancement to the existing requirement, the application should allow managers to track their overall work flow & performance and their progress.

What We Did

Detailing the client’s requirement, our web application development team provided the solution of custom CRM application development. The CRM application is developed in such a way that the client is able to meet the requirements of their internal issues from task allocation to get the task done and the tracking status of the task. The custom CRM application helps users to identify the deviated areas and provides ideas to derive corrective steps / next action plans to meet their target. Internal users can also request tasks from other cross functional departments within the organization.
