They required to enhance their online taxi management application for operational and server management support on 24*7. The support required are to overcome the complications that are faced by their customers while booking for a cab. Their online taxi booking app quality has to be improved in SAP. For the cab booking app 3rd party API integrations, payment gateways & e-wallet features has also to be integrated for the below modules,

What We Did

The app's infrastructure is maintained in such a way that it support the performance of booting memory and configuration changes in MySQL for the bugs faced by customers in taxi booking on 24x7. Special features like promotional codes, cab types, airport booking, payment gateways etc are also integrated into the taxi booking application in both mobile and website.
