Client

The client is an event management company located in the UK. Having more than 200 clients worldwide, they are providing the various solutions in event management. They are also managing logistics for events such as Trade Fairs and  On Street events across Europe.

Challenges

The client is a main marketing event organizer for T-Mobile, one of the largest telecoms providers in Europe. Part of their remit is to hold stock for and manage logistics for events such as Trade Fairs and ‘On Street’ events across Europe. As such the client holds a large amount of Marketing/Point of Sale type collateral for T-Mobile which needs to be booked out for these events.  The aim of implementing the T-Mobile Event Booking “ web portal  is to provide a simple, clean and lean system that enables the client and members of T-Mobile to book items in an efficient and foolproof manner.

What We Did

ANGLER provided a simple and affordable booking website for the client to maintain their client's booking details. Using a single admin panel, admin can manage all the client details, users and separate item details for each client. Simple image manager is implemented to upload multiple images for the items. Graphical based reports is also been implemented. The Template method in user side has ben made use of to reduce the development time for Re-skinning user side pages. The availability date checker is developed by using AJAX.
