Challenges

The company wanted a Merchandise Management Solution for their business process where they can manage their stock information, supplier details, purchase orders and track their payment details along with the inspections & production status. The shipment release approval and invoices can also be generated using the application.

What We Did

ANGLER developed a customized web-based application to cater the needs of the client. The application covers the entire business transactions of the company from mail offer triggering to shipment release and invoice generation. User-friendly application with various user privilege settings to have a control on the access to the application. The modules covered are Purchase Orders Creation, Invoice Management, Production and Inspection of Stocks. The application also takes care of the Stock Management (both marketing stock & actual stock) which makes easy for them to track their sales. There are options to print invoices and status of shipment releases. AJAX is used wherever the search and filter options are required and Flexi grid is provided for efficient display of data.

• Real time monitoring of customers product stock details / supplier details, internal purchase order status, etc.
• Marketing stock & actual stock details can be accessed easily by the Administrator.
• Sample couriers sent and invoices created are easily tracked by the system. Suppliers payment tracking is made easy, so that business process involves less effort to track the required details.
• Shipment Executive Advice (SEA) can be created with ease. Accessories ordering process until the payment released to vendor, shipment invoices and much more can be easily tracked by the system.
• Automated flow of data from one module to other easily automates their everyday business process.
