The client started off as a Shipping line agent and diversified into a logistics company with operation in freight management, warehousing and distribution, project management, container conversions and worldwide movement of cargo, including domestic & international air & ocean freight (LCL & FCL), Sea-Air combine, road transport, bonded warehouse and door-to-door services.

The main objective of the proposed system is to create a web based CRM. This will mainly cover all the regular and specific activities related to the Customers, Suppliers and Agents working with them. It is also useful in scheduling the activities and track information.
