Client

The client belongs to taxi booking services via their mobile apps and thru website to their customers across 6 states in India.

Challenges

The client's system is specifically designed, so that the taxi tan be either booked by the Customer or by Admin in and around 6 states in India. The client also required to find out maximum number of passengers the taxi can handle and also the mobile app’s server behavior during peak hours along with its response time.

What We Did

ANGLER’s Performance Test Engineers deployed various strategies to reproduce the issue using Jmeter by applying different set of loads, ramp up times by analyzing the responses. After replicating the issue in staging server, we generated an accumulated report that in-turn guides the developers and system engineers to overcome the existing problems thru Jmeter.
