The client is the most comprehensive provider of document, device and user management solutions for the office equipment and managed services channels.  They also help members remotely manage their printer fleets along with a variety of tools that enable organizations to monitor and control user printing behavior. The client also provides RMM (remote monitoring and management services) to provide an SBB (Seat Based Billing) model for managed print.

Challenges

Client’s requirement is to find out the maximum number of load the system can handle, server's behavior under peak hours and response time of the system with real time monitoring of console status and pseudo-graphic charts during the execution.

What We Did

ANGLER’s automation testing team successfully implemented the concept of performance testing & load testing using Jmeter and Taurus. It has the ability to execute existing JMeter scripts and during the test execution of scripts, shows the live console status and pseudo-graphic charts. Now, the system is able to  N / number of loads during peak hours with real-time monitoring of console status and the pseudo graphic charts while the execution is in progress.
