The client wanted a web solution that would allow real estate buyers and sellers to post their offers and requirements online. They wanted it to be a one-stop shop for all real estate information related to the Nilgiris.

What We Did

ANGLER developed a B2B portal (http://www.nilgirisproperties.com) to satisfy the requirements of the client. The web portal was designed to be a comprehensive information centre for all Nilgiris based real estate related activities, services, and products.

The vertical portal was to revolutionize the way real estate is dealt and promoting a more transparent approach towards real estate transactions. Nilgris Properties had a lot of features that allowed any buyer or seller of properties to view adequate information before they could enter into an agreement.

 Information like the latest information on real estates in the Nilgiris, a database to handle all the information and provide results to queries are in place to aid the real estate agents.
