Challenges

Client required to develop a native mobile app in Android and iOS for both drivers and customers with an extensive admin panel in DOT Net which will handle all the administrative activities. The user / customer’s mobile app must allow them to make bookings that in-turn should be mapped to their nearest driver. If the driver accepts the service request, the ride will be initiated and completed with rating feedback from driver and user where they shall rate each one of them vice versa. The web admin panel is very extensive where the price and tariff details, service details, cancellation fee, and all other data related to a taxi service is maintained and reports are produced in detail.

What We Did

Based on client’s requirement our mobile app development team developed Android and iOS user app[taxi app] with features such as user registration with basic information and bank card details. Users can also book a service by selecting the service type and location from their smartphones. Availability of drivers can also be plotted from the map with instant movements using Signal R.

How client manage their cards,
