The client is one of largest manufacturer and exporters of Tea in India. The client wanted to automate their business process in a software system.

Challenges

The client wanted to automate their entire process from purchase of tea, godown arrival, blending and sales process. They want to maintain the inventory for all the stages involved in the purchase and sale of tea and whenever required. The head office can view all the transactional data.

What We Did

• ANGLER studied the client business process and their requirements clearly. Based upon the study, ANGLER customized its Tea Transact ERP package to suit the customer requirement. Branch integration developed by ANGLER allows the client head office to view the transactional data of all the branches to be accessed from their system.
• ANGLER Tea Transact had several features specially designed to take into account the processes followed by the entire tea industry. It was also designed to be easily scalable and flexible to meet their future enhancements and needs.
