Challenges
What the client wanted a reliable, scalable & user friendly application that can seamlessly integrate with the hotel telephone system and helps in managing all telephone related services required in a hotel like Call Billing, Wake-up Calls, Guest Voicemail, Automated Attendant, Guest & VIP Connect (IVR), Room Status Updates, Staff Voicemail & Messaging etc.
What We Did
Our well experienced team of developers @ ANGLER carefully studied the client’s requirements and came up with a solution that satisfies the client’s needs. We developed a web application using the web service provided which integrates the telecom device. The application was designed in a way that all the data related to hotel telephone service management like call costs, call summary etc can be stored & processed according to the business needs. For instance, the application calculates a customer’s incoming and outgoing calls as per the service provider’s rates and adds it to his/her bills which will come in handy while checking out. Also a variety of management information reports including call details, call summary, housekeeping activities, room service updates, call recording room status etc was developed to effectively manage telephone facilities and maximise revenue.
