The client is introduced as a manufacturer of turbochargers catering to the requirements of the automotive industry.

Challenges

The client wants to develop an application that enables their engineers to post the Warranty report of which they attend the customer complaints of the turbo charges (in warranty period) supplied by client. The system facilitates the admin user to take reports about the WIR posted by engineers.

What We Did

ANGLER has developed the application in PHP with MySQL database. The application has the features of unique JavaScript Calendar and Export to Excel. User management helps the user to add and manage the users of the client.

Results

The client can enter the Warranty Investigation Report details in the application and store the data in the database. Client may know the faulty turbo chargers and status of the same whether they are received or not by using the pending receipt module.
