Writing a web service in PERL to get the data and store in MySQL database and develop a program in PHP / PERL that will run in Linux machine and updates a MySQL database. Desktop Application to retrieve this data from the PERL web service and need to be developed in VB.NET.

ANGLER has built a web service in PHP. Desktop application (VB.NET, PHP web based application) has been developed to retrieve this data from the web service
