Challenges

The client requires a web admin panel where they can manage server functionalities of corporate messenger tool related to database operations.

The client needs to assign privileges to the users of corporate messenger tool based on their role levels. The client needs to track the chat histories, screen captures, conference chats and files sharing of each and every user of corporate messenger tool.

What We Did

ANGLER analyzed the client requirements clearly and provided a web-based admin panel to cater to the needs of the client

• Admin panel provides clients with features like manage companies, departments, roles, role-levels and users where they can perform add, modify, delete operations
• Privileges can be assigned to each user which restricts users from unauthorized contacts, screen captures and file sharing
• Keywords settings and email alerts provide the client to track users who is misusing the chat application
• Details of the chat histories, screen capture, filed shared between each user will be tracked
• Options are offered to take regular backups of all chat histories
