Like all of you, we are closely following the global & local updates concerning the COVID-19 outbreak and making internal adjustments. The safety & health of our employees and our Business Continuity Process to service our clients remains our highest priority in these challenging and uncertain times. ANGLER is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with excellent risk management capabilities. We have enacted our BCP (Business Continuity Process) as a response to Covid-19. Here are some key focus ares we have been addressing proactively over the last 2 weeks spear-headed by a Cross-Functional Team chaired by our Top Management.
Health & Safety of our Employees
In-line with WHO and relevant Government authorities we have taken a number of steps and this includes sensitising our employees on best practices for hygiene, sanitization of all areas, body temperature checks for everyone visiting our premises using non-invasive thermometers, visitors screening and increased access to alcohol-based / hospital-grade hand sanitizers across locations & Personal Protective Equipment (like masks, gloves) for applicable personnel.
Availability of our ANGLER Teams
Our employees from all departments are equipped to work remotely and seamlessly connect with our colleagues, customers, and partners. We feel confident in our continued ability to serve your business, regardless of our physical work locations. We have now tested our capabilities by running a simulation with a significant percentage of people working in a fully remote “smart-working” state and we are confident in our ongoing ability to support you for the various IT services you have contracted with us. (In the rare case of any difficulties in remote working due to any official government lockdown or norms, we shall inform you).
Availability of our Products & Platforms
ANGLER’s products are either installed in your company’s server or they are managed by us in the cloud, enabling continuity and 24×7 access from any remote office or home office. As such, there should be no change in our product’s availability. This “survivability-by-design” also ensures that your solution is fully available & secured. Additionally, for our products we have partnered with only enterprise-grade, global organizations, who have also been ahead of the curve in best-practices during this outbreak.
